Q: How much is shipping?
A: We offer FREE shipping on all US orders over $75! For orders under $75, standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Because we print many of our unique designs just for you, orders are typically processed and shipped out within 3 to 7 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes an additional 2 to 5 days.

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We are a proud US-based business operating out of Michigan.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to love your gear! We offer a 30-day return policy. Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving them, provided they are unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: It's simple. Please email us at grillwearapparel@gmail.com to initiate your return. We’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Product & Sizing

Q: How do your shirts fit?
A: Most of our tees (like our Softstyle collection) feature a Unisex fit that runs true to size. If you prefer a looser, more relaxed fit for grilling, you might consider sizing up one size. Check the Size Chart on the product page for best fit.

Q: What material are your shirts made of?
A: Our standard tees are made from 100% ring-spun cotton, making them super soft and comfortable for all-day wear. (Note: Fiber content may vary slightly for specific heather colors).
